The calculations become less accurate with a greater number of reps and is capped at 15.

The table below displays your estimated max weight at each rep count based on your 1 rep max. These are just estimates and likely deviate from your "true" max at each rep range.

Your approximate working weights for various set x rep schemes are going to start around 80-85% of your max effort for the specified rep range. For example, if you have a 10 rep max backsquat of 285 lbs, your working weight will start around 220 lbs.

NOTE: This is for traditional lifts and bodybuilding movements, not Olympic Weightlifting.
